This television series from the late 1940s featured dozens of jazz greats, and while the video portion of these programs have yet to surface, some audio of the shows does exist. Here's a show from December 13, 1948 that features--dig this lineup--Buddy Rich, Charlie Barnet, Sarah Vaughn, Peanuts Hucko, Benny Morton, Bob Haggart and Joe Bushkin. Four bonus tracks are from a 1945 Condon concert, featuring drum legend George Wettling, Max Kaminsky and very special guests Woody Herman and Red McKenzine!
